Postgraduate Program (M.Arch.)
Intake: 20
Department of Architecture, under the umbrella of JNEC, was founded in 1989 and since then it is serving as hub for creative learning and productivity to undergraduate and postgraduate students. During my 29 years of association with this institute, I always feel proud to witness the development of the whole MGM campus. It is a wonderful demonstration of sustainable ways of life, which I am sure you will enjoy further.
The beauty of this program is our curriculum and methodology where students are encouraged to be inquisitive of their surroundings and the people that inhabit them. We want them to consider what exists, why it exists and where it exists. We want our students to understand that they are the part of a wider culture of place-making and material development. It is their designs that will influence society and have impact on our environment. It is they that will make the future.
The department is equipped with expert and highly qualified staff that always prefers to guide the students in exploring their ideas. This personal attention makes sure to experience the student – teacher rapport, which further outlines the excellent feature of JNEC.
Our students are so well connected to the Industry through several collaborations, frequent hands on workshops, seminars etc. The campus life is flourished with rich resources, infrastructure, clean and green ambience that gives rise to phenomenal learning experience.
