Under the MoU between MGMU and CIPET, Chh. Sambhajinagar, Chemical Engineering Faculty members were invited to attend interactive meeting on “Ways and Means to exchange the service of CIPET with industries and the academic institutes for mutual benefits and growth” with Prof. Dr. Shishir Sinha, Director General, Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology. Dr. Sadanand Guhe, MoU coordinator along with Dr. R.W.Gaikwad attended the meeting. During the meeting Dr. Guhe highlighted the existing collaboration with CIPET and how implementation of NEP2020 at MGM University would open new avenues of collaboration with CIPET. Later that day on invitation of Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Sinha visited MGMU and interacted with Deans, HoIs, HoDs. Prof. Dr. Sinha being a chemical engineer, elaborated the scope and applications of Chemical engineering in all walks of life.
