1.Admissions are given on first cum first basis as per availability of room. Students should collect the hostel admission form after confirmation of his/her college admission. Student should submit the hostel admission form complete in all respects.

2.Hostel fee is required to be deposited with hostel admission form.

3.The requisite hostel fee is accepted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of "MGM's Hostel Aurangabad" from any bank.

4.After completing above formalities with Pass port size photos of student, parents and Local guardian. The admission form should be submit with the hostel in-charges & receive receipts of fees. Student's admission confirmed and room is allotted to students by handing the key of the room to the students.

5.At the time of admission, the student should be accompanied by his /her parents and local guardian if any who will take the responsibility of the students.

6.Demand Draft of the requisite fees is to be drawn in favor of "Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Hostel", Aurangabad.


The Criteria of refunding the hostel fees for cancellation of hostel admission is as given:

1.If reported even for one day in the hostel after securing admission and applied within three months of admission, 25% of hostel fees is deducted and remaining amount is refunded.

2.If applied after three months of securing admission 100% of hostel fees is deducted and no fees is refunded.
