Admission Process at JNEC

1. Eligibility conditions and requirements for admissions for Undergraduate Course in Engineering and Technology (B.E./B.Tech)

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate.-

i. The Candidate should be an Indian National; 

ii. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together; and the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtained nonzero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.


OR


ii. Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).

2. All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates.

i. The Candidate should be an Indian National;

ii. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and should obtained nonzero positive score in JEE Main Paper I or the candidate should have appeared for all the subjects in CET and should obtained nonzero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. However preference shall be given to the candidates to the student obtaining nonzero positive score in JEE Main Paper –I over the candidates who obtained nonzero score in CET

ii. Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).

II) 3 Passport Size Photos.

III) Original documents as per list below along with 3 Xerox copies of each document.

1. JEE Mains Score Card.

2. Domicile Certificate / Indian Nationality.

3. H.S.C Mark Sheet.

4. S.S.C. Mark Sheet.

5. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

6. Migration Certificate (Students passing XII class from outside Aurangabad board region have to submit Migration certificate).

Additional Documents required for Reserved Category Students.

7. Caste Certificate.

8. Caste Validity Certificate.

9. Non Creamy Layer Certificate (VALID UPTO 31st MARCH 2020 , For OBC, SBC, VJ, NT-1, NT-2, NT-3 students.)

10. Gap Certificate (If applicable).

11. Physically Handicapped Certificate (If physically handicapped).


Direct Second Year Admission :

I) CAP allotment letter.

II) Original documents as per list below along with 3 Attested Xerox copies of each document.

3. Diploma Mark sheet I Sem to VI Sem / Ist Year to IIIrd Year

7. Nationality Certificate (If nationality is not mentioned in leaving certificate).

8. Migration Certificate (Other than Maharashtra State Candidate).

M.E. First Year Admission :

2. Mark sheet of Qualifying Bachelor's Degree Examination.

3.Qualifying Bachelor's Degree Passing Certificate. 

(If the Candidate fails to produce document 2, 3 then submit Proforma C)

4. Transfer Certificate(T.C.) / College Leaving Certificate.

5. Domicile Certificate / Indian Nationality.

6. H.S.C Mark Sheet.

7. S.S.C. Mark Sheet.

8. Migration Certificate (Students passing Qualifying Bachelor's Degree from outside Dr. B.A.M.University region have to submit Migration certificate).

9. Sponsorship Certificate (For Sponsored Candidates).

10. Experience Certificate (if any).

11. Physically Handicapped Certificate (If physically handicapped).

Additional Documents required for Reserved Category Students VALID UPTO 31st MARCH 2019.

NOTE :

  • If document 4, 8, 12, 13, 14 are not available then submit Proforma –I.
  • If the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” following certificates/documents will also be acceptable-
    • The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
    • Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
    • Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.
  • If the Candidate fails to produce any one of the above mentioned certificate/documents indicating nationality then such candidates Nationality shall be considered based on the undertaking given in Performa-I on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
